Evolutionary Developmental Biology in Latin America

As part of the Latin American Evo-Devo group, formed at the Pan American Society for Evolutionary Developmental Biology Meeting (2015), we have been discussing ways to increase the visibility of Evolutionary Developmental Biology (Evo-Devo) and build collaboration networks in Latin America.
We know that many researchers from several Latin American countries are doing studies in Evo-Devo, but are not aware of the Pan American Evo-Devo Society. We are trying to identify labs doing Evo-Devo research in each Latin American country so they can join the society, attend the meetings and potentially collaborate with each other. So, if you are an Evo-Devo investigator in Latin America and you are unaware of our group, please contact us!
If you are a student interested in learning more about Evo-Devo research in Latin America we also encourage you to contact us for more information, papers, labs, etc.!
